- Please note that the B&B does not have a 24-hour reception (concierge) service, therefore it is necessary to indicate the approximate arrival time when booking. Afterwards, we recommend agreeing on the details of your check-in on the day of your arrival;
Check In: rooms are available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. The key to your room will be handed over no earlier than 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. For special needs we are at your complete disposal, please contact us to arrange your requests.
- Check In Time Limit: check-in is possible until 11:00 pm, for special needs please contact us;
- Check Out: rooms must be vacated by 10:30 am on the day of departure. We are at your disposal to arrange any free late departures (maximum 30 minutes). If you need to postpone your check-out, we recommend purchasing the LATE CHECK OUT (LATE DEPARTURE)
- LATE CHECK OUT: the late departure service can be purchased at the time of booking or on site (subject to availability) in the following ways:

from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm - DOUBLE ROOM € 50.00 SINGLE ROOM € 35.00

- BREAKFAST: for some time now, breakfast is no longer served inside the property. In Guastalla, near our bed & breakfast, there are several bars/cafés, and depending on your needs, we can find the best solution.
- Pets: we are a "pet friendly" property, we are animal lovers and a room inhabited by our little friends requires more cleaning, sanitizing and attention at check-out. For this reason we ask for an amount of € 10.00 per day for your little friends; for longer periods a flat rate will be calculated.
- We remind our kind guests that in the rooms and common areas of the property smoking is strictly prohibited;
- The "tidying up" of your room will be carried out every day, preferably in the morning. If you need to stay in the room or do not want to be disturbed, we can arrange for the next day or another method. Normally, you can hang the green tag on the door indicating availability for tidying up.
- CHANGE OF BATH AND BED LINEN: at check-in, each guest will be provided with a set of three bath towels (BATH SHEET, TOWEL AND BIDET) which will normally be changed on the third (3rd) day of stay. If guests wish for a daily or extra change of linen, a cost of € 5.00 per change will be applied. Bed linen is normally changed once (1) a week. For each additional change, a cost of € 7.00 will be applied.
- If the booking is made well in advance, a 50% deposit is appreciated;
- The balance of the booking is required upon arrival at the property during Check In;
- For special needs it is necessary to make arrangements with the owner of the property.
- WIFI INTERNET CONNECTION: trying to keep up with the times and with the intention of offering our guests ever better services, from the end of 2024, the connection with FIBER OPTIC "FTTH" system is active. This allows our customers to surf at guaranteed high speed. This allows you to continue your work even outside your business premises. The service is included in the cost of the overnight stay.
